The first step to start the Bulk Purchase Program or the Line of Credit process is submitting a Data Tape. A Data Tape is an Excel file, exported from your DMS, containing the information needed for us to provide a free, no obligation quote on your portfolio. To be eligible for a line of credit, you must also submit an application.
After submitting your Data Tape, our Underwriting Team will review the contents and provide a quote within two business days.
